    Apps Not Installing Or Updating


    Hi,

    All apps have suddenly either stopped downloading or updating on the Xbox one.

    If it gets past the queue status, it will show installing and nothing happens or start installing at a slow rate, then stops, although appears with downloading or installing status.

    I have unplugged, restarted via system, many times.

    Tried clearing the queue, cancelling all updates and installs, uninstalling, then trying again.

    Connection to the internet is absolutely fine. streams Netflix content without issue.

    Tested connection speed and appears as expected.

    Hope someone can help me with this one.

    My games & apps app won't open. Please help!

    My games & apps app on my xbox one dashboard won't open. I checked my storage and it says 100% full. last time i checked it was 37% full. When i try to run my apps they won't launch and it says "We had trouble installing or updating this. Try installing
    it again" How do open my games & apps app?

    Resetting the Xbox One to default did not resolve either.

    I also had the same issue on my laptop trying to install from the Microsoft Store.

    It seemed to all work testing through a VPN though.

    I have a dynamic IP, so could have been given a suspect one on this occasion....

    Maybe this will help someone else, because I received none.

    Resetting the Xbox One to default did not resolve either.

    Cannot download flight simulator

    Uninstall Xbox app, go to windows update, check for pending updates and install, even if they are optional, restart the Pc install de app again

    If it's a console update then it has to be downloaded on the internal hard drive.

    Game & app updates will install to wherever your games & app are installed.
