Apps not downloading in Xbox One

Just bought Xbox One and cannot download Netflix, YouTube, Crackle, X1 Brazil, etc. I get to the apps, hit the "Get it Free" button and all I get is a gray screen with a spinning icon. I never get the installed button. Anyone knows what's is going on?

I was able to download IE and my games but not the above. This frustrating. But Xbox one to replace my Xbox 360 and the old works better than the new. So much to say for new technology.

Early Access Forums Access

I also need access to the early access forums. I can't update apps or games after downloading the Xbox One New Experience update. I've tried power cycling, deleting/redownloading apps/games. Nothing helps.

 

automatic downloads from pc to xbox

hi i was wondering if there was a way to stop apps i download onto my pc from automatically downloading onto my xbox one, without turning off auto downloads on my xbox. it is a major pain in the ass and is rather stupid i am not given the option when downloading
an app, thank youy

 

Sorry to hear you're having issue downloading the apps. Are you connected via wireless or ethernet cable? If wireless try an ethernet cable for the duration of the download.

You could also try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it restarts to see if that helps.
