Discus and support Apps losing connection or freezing please help us microsoft. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i have my xbox one up to date all the latest versions of apps installed while watching youtube videos out of no where it will play a advertisement then...     Apps losing connection or freezing please help us microsoft.


    i have my xbox one up to date all the latest versions of apps installed while watching youtube videos out of no where it will play a advertisement then when it tries to load the video the application freezes and i had to return to the dashboard and manually
    close the app and reopen the app and then the video would play fine.

    I noticed on ign and even on several other apps it seems to not get proper information from the servers or something and when it tried to load all the icons on screen it just displays a gray box no icon of the video.

    And yes i have reset my router my modem and even checked my internet connection and no I'm not on wireless this just started happening after the last system update could that be the main issue???

    Modem brand & model number:

    Router brand & model number:

    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?:

    Wired or Wireless (for each console):

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown:

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?:

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider):


    In addition to that information, post back with your Detailed Network Statistics, which you can find under

    Network settings
    .

    i live in washington state

    its doing it on the xbox one as well as my xbox 360 slim with new 500 gig hard drive

    my iso is comcast and has never been a problem ever i have all the ports open to the console that the console needs including the ports for the 360

  6. Hey there, johnodd24360! I'm sorry to see you're running into this, as well! If you have two consoles on a Comcast all-in-one device, it's likely that you will run into connection errors and you shouldn't be port forwarding any ports as that will not help
    you out. This thread a little old. If you could, please post up a new thread detailing everything that Beep asks for above and troubleshooting you've already completed. This way our community can get you the individual support that works best on the forums!

    Hey there, johnodd24360! I'm sorry to see you're running into this, as well! If you have two consoles on a Comcast all-in-one device, it's likely that you will run into connection errors and you shouldn't be port forwarding any ports as that will not help
