  1. Apps in Xbox One zoomed in

I am having issues where the screens in the Plex app and Netflix App are zoomed in. I have run the Configure TV option in settings, and can see all the green bars. I have turned Overcast on and off. I am currently doing a hard reset. What can I do to fix
this? It has been fine all day, just started this evening.

    :)

  2. Xbox one only plays DVD zoomed in

My Xbox one will play DVDs but will only play zoomed in on the screen to where I can only see a quarter of the screen. Games play fine and nothing else is zoomed in. Its only when the DVD opens and starts to play it's zoomed in.
    Please help. TIA

Hey Tx thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

We suggest checking out the Ease of Access page on the Settings menu to make sure the

    Magnifier
feature hasn't been checked! Check it out and let us know how it goes!

  5. No, it is not turned on. I even tried turning it on to see if I could zoom out further.

Hey Tx thanks for the reply!

If that feature isn't selected the issue could be on one of the display settings or maybe a failed update. To make sure all of that is set to where it needs to go we suggest a reset since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
    Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

  7. Have you tried changing your video output settings between auto and a resolution? Also do you have the option checked to allow apps to have a border (I think thats what you mean when saying overcast and not overscan)?

Can I Zoom on my Xbox one?

There is no Zoom app available on Xbox One. So it's not possible to do that.
