As to your question. As X Farscape X has already put it, Xbox is part of the Windows 10 OS. It's integrated and can not be completely removed.

Xbox on Windows 10 do not:

• Use up valuable storage: All of the apps work out to less than 400Mb, a tiny amount of storage.

because microsoft/windows/xbox/office is now one complete service, the apps do not use hardly any space or resources. windows 10 is basically a free OS (you can still upgrade and download for free) windows is a service plain and simple. long gone is the old windows where you could change it how you want, when you sign into windows you agree to the terms of use, this includes all apps and services installed by default.

if you don't like it then i would suggest moving to linux or another freely available OS.

? there all ready is a rating system for the microsft app. MY PROBLEM IS THAN I CANT RATE THE BOX APP ON THE MICROSTFT APP IT IS A CHOICE TO DO BUT TELLS ME I DONT OWN THE PRODUCT EVEN THO IT INSTALED ON MY COMP... did u even read all the previous comments

I preferred the quests that were on the beta version of the Game Pass App. They werent all related to achievements which meant even though youd 100%'d a game you could still get the rewards.

The existing ones dont allow for that.

Sound like an issues with the comp build verses the app. I would look into the build first.
