Apps have suddenly stopped working. Ahhh..... Please help

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me as Microsoft are not!

I am getting really annoyed with both our xbox ones at the moment. I try to log into my Apps and get 'Sorry looks like our service isn't working right. To check xbox live service status go to Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support'. I went to support
and went through it all to be disconnected. Eventually I found myself here. And here Supposedly, according to this site, all my apps are working correctly. However the only internet based app I can use is YouTube. Cannot access Netflix, Stan, Motortrend, or
catch up tv.

Can anyone help?? Please

Hi, try to do a soft reset of the console or a power cycle.

I have found that performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this resolves a lot of issues. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Windows is compatible and all cus I was using the xbox app, It suddenly stopped working.

I have done the "wsreset" , did it again, wont work still.

Ahhh I have experienced this problem my quite a few times. Every time I attempted to buyout a car i got disconnected. In the end I power cycled my router and modem and suddenly everything worked like a charm. I hope this works as well for you as it did for
me.

I have not validated the version of firmware, but I know it suddenly stops working. To update it, I plug the controller in and update firmware. I do this for both controllers. Then it will work for a couple of weeks and suddenly stop.
