Exactly same here. I've tried all of these too, out of sheer frustration I even did the full factory reset and installed everything again. Some apps download and some still come up with the same error message! #bangshead

I found a solution. The problem is related to the ISP's (Comcast) DNS cache for Microsoft / xbox services, for some reason they are not resolving correctly. For a temporary fix you can manually set the
DNS under the xbox one network settings. I used 1.1.1.1 which is cloudflare DNS.

I am on BT in the UK and this worked for me.

Also, there is an on-going outage signing into Xbox Live. Some Customers are experiencing black screen before or
after signing in, or issues accessing previously purchased content. There are also reports with Store App failing with the error “Something Unexpected happened
code: 0x80072F8F”. Our Engineering currently working on the fix. We’ll
update "What's
going on with Xbox live right now" when we have more info to provide.

Clearly xbox employees need to look more closely more than enough people including myself cannot install new apps. You need to sort this out and update your support page to be correct as your giving the false pretense that everything works, ive done all
the fixes given here and still nothing. Please sort this fast as i pay monthly for my now tv pass and i cant use it at all
