Apps & Games Button , Some games play others won't load?

Anytime I start a game like VRchat it's says there is an unexpected error that the game is open and when I try to play any thing on the Xbox app it won't load at times and other times it well load so slow that it won't open at all

yes three or 4 times. Sometimes a game wont load. Other times apps won't load. So on and so on..

As mentioned above

Some games will play and others will require you to have a hard drive.

Take halo reach for example, the game will load fine but some game types like firefight won't work without a hard drive

They do love reading from the scripts that were provided for them.

The Apps aren't the only things that have trouble starting since yesterdays outage as the PC versions of some of the games won't load since the outage as I've got four games that won't play on my PC.

I have an Xbox Series X and FH5 from Dec 21. Been playing fine for a couple of months, lots of play and progress in game. The other day it wouldn't load for no reason, it won't allow me to load from game pass either (just black after the initial small print about Mexico). I uninstalled and reinstalled the game (several hours!) and then got some new loading screens (car instruments, producer graphics and sounds, etc.), then screen then goes black and it won't load still. Have uninstalled and reinstalled again. Same problem - starts to load and then dies. Other games (e.g. Fornite) work... Any ideas please?
