Apps dont work

    Apps dont work


    All of my apps dont work with the new dash bord i dont like the new windows ten app is crap to much on screen at the same time i get lost just trying to find my way around pleas make it easyer to find what you need there is no need to cram ao much on screen

    Can you please give more information on the process your using and if theres an error?

    also have you tried to uninstall the apps and reboot then reinstall them and try again?

    Anytime I try to use TWITCH or YouTube...brings me to the store...tried multiple times over the course of 3 days.HELP

    Sorry to hear that, please bare in mind that this is a beta, and there are problems.

    I think Microsoft would like to hear what you have to say and what ideas you have.

    Use the Xbox preview program app and suggest some ideas!

    Anything would help!

    Netflix app dont work

    This happened to me yesterday. I had to uninstall/reinstall the app then also perform the power cycle that the previous person discussed. After that is worked great and has worked just as well today too! Good luck!

    Start off doing a hard reboot (hold power button for 10 seconds and when it turns off, turn it back on). If that doesn't work then try uninstalling the app and reinstall it.
