    Apps don't work (blinkbox, Netflix etc)


    The Apps often don't work - such as Blinkbox, netflix, even games. Most of the time I can quit the app and sign out and back in to xbox live. This normally solves it. However this is becoming tedious Blinkbox is now not working at all. HELP!!!!.
    I tried support but it won't accept my number or points me to a google video of how to do a system update...... which I've already done. Feel like I'm going to take it back and go to PS4

    40% off Xbox Live Gold Membership doesn't work

    most of the apps like Netflix, Youtube, etc require a gold membership for them to work.

    Hey there CHASIN,

    We know that blinkbox is something that folks in the UK are really wanting. We're working with our 3rd party app partners to make apps available as soon as possible for people.

    It looks like from this
    Blinkbox Support     article that they are hard at work as well and hoping for a May release of the app.

    taidara, yes, thanks - I've done this. I deleted the Netflix app and reinstalled it, and the problem remains. What I mean is that I can't access *any* of the video apps, so I don't think deleting them all and reinstalling will work. If it doesn't work with
    Netflix, I'm not sure how it's work with all of the others (YouTube, Crackle, BBC iPlayer etc).

    It would seem the Sky app is not available but NOW TV is which might mean you are able to watch movies and sports live through that with a sky subscription?
