    Apps dont open, Homebutton locked Please Help!


    I cant open Apps like youtube. I cant open Xbox Apps like settings, friends or the market. I cant go back to the dashboard after starting a game.

    I can open games and play online and i can open the internet explorer.

    I have tried the "put your finger on the power button for 10 secs unplug the xbox and wait for 3 minutes "trick several times but it didnt help.

    Help!!

    Suspend and resuming multiple apps confusion.

    Can anyone from support PLEASE confirm how many apps the xbox one should keep open at once.

    Just to clarify, i dont mean snap mode, with two apps side by side, but the machines ability to have multiple apps open at once.

    I have a suspicion my console is not functioning correctly as i can only reliably have two apps open at once, the others close down.

    No on the old one. And i cant sign in with other accounts exept my main account
