    Apps do not open


    My Xbox One updated yesterday (12/15/18) and it does not open the apps, I've rebooted, unplugged, uninstalled and installed the apps again and it did not work. Actually, I even managed to open the apps
    after reinstalling, but only once, and the notification that appears on the "Ready to start" screen, after closing, does not open anymore. And even disappeared the "File Explorer" app, wanted to know the which is causing it!! The OS version is: 10.0.17763.3066
    (rs5_release_xbox_dev_1811.181206-1740)

    Since it sounds like you've run through all the option in the "App Won't Start" troubleshooting guide, I think your best bet is to contact

    Xbox Support     and see if they can further assist you in resolving the issue.

    If you've open the app and then you had a serious seizure, DO NOT use the app. Only uninstall the app and DO NOT install it again.

    Looking For Group PC To Console

    Open Gamebar open Gamebar Widget Menu and add "Looking for group". Done.

    Open Console Companion and do like always. Done

    Don't open Xbox App because Xbox App is not Gamebar nor Companion.

    To clarify, have you verified if this is happening with other games/apps besides Spotify?

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?
    - Do you get any error codes/messages when this happens?
    - Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?
    - Have you already tried reinstalling the app?
