    Hi,

    I can't access any of my apps on Xbox One S. Have done a full hard reset as got black screen the other night. Now all apps and games on reinstall crash at 0% with error code 0x80072F8F. Have rest router, console etc. Any ideas????

    I have a similar problem. Now TV app not working since crash on 30 January. Have tried reinstalling but it won't download. Have done full power reset including taking out power cable but no joy. There seems to little or no information on this issue and
    after three days am becoming quite frustrated.

    Two days and the debacle continues for thousands of people who have paid hard earned money for stuff..so don't tell me its not a con ok!

    No one is coming back with answers..just directing people to buy again.

    Since the crash I have a bought game on disc Cities Skylines and a purchase download which won't work..keeps telling me to buy them again absolutely fuming!

    I can't even find any redeeming codes anywhere.

    It started to update Snowfall and then it crashed that's it..it's an absolutel con!
