    Apps crash, and open, and crash, and open on a cycle after trying to launch them.


    Everytime I try to open an app up, it launches, crashes, says "This might take a minute or two to get ready", opens, crashes, and repeats on a cycle. I dont know what the problem is, but I need some help.

    By the way, when it crashes the first time you open the game, try opening it again and see if it launches successfully.

    Correction: this is NOT working on a Surface Pro 3. Interestingly on my Surface Pro 3 the app was still open from last night so it looked like it was working. After closing it and trying to launch it again, I now have the same instant crash issue on this
