    As the description says, some games that I have on my Win 10 PC can't connect to my Xbox Account, and I can't find any information to help.

    Can't get smartglass to connect

    I'm trying to connect my Smartglass while playing,but it isn't finding my Xbox. I have it set to connect to any Smartglass device in the settings. Does anyone have any additional advice? Both the XB1 and my iPad Smartglass app are signed in under the same Xbox account.

    Sorry we cant show your friends right now???????

    i'm in the same boat. Some apps seem to work.. like Netflix, but can't see friends online. Can't play Destiny. wtf!?? Also Xbox 360 unable to connect to XBL at all.

    Thanks, but I tried those and they didn't work. The problem is not that I can't connect to my Xbox account, it's that the games for some reason can't sync to it.

    When your accessing these games to play, are using the Xbox App and going to my games and clicking "play" next to the title of the game? When a game attempts to launch do you see any type of error or does the game try load but fails to launch?

    My xbox series s is not connecting to the network. It gives an error message of HUENEME-CONCORD

    I have two xbox consoles with two different accounts. One account is now working but the other is still not connecting to the game servers. Apps can be used but can't connect to game servers.

    You should be able to connect it from the console directly without the Xbox App as the Xbox 360 predates the app by many years. Or is it not allowing it?

    Am i not allowed go buy games from the store if im console banned ?

    Since the console is banned it can't connect to Live so you won't be able to connect to purchase games until the ban is over. If your account is not banned, you should be able to make the purchase on xbox.com or the Xbox app.

    I get the same problem here, everything was fine Wednesday, but since yesterday, I can't connect to the Xbox app...

    "You are not connected to internet, Check your connexion and try again."

    My connection is fine, everything else works perfectly (discord, chrome, steam)

    Any help is welcome.
