Apps are not working

    I logged in and it appeared my xbox one performed an update today. It no longer plays Netflix, amazon video, youtube and many other apps.

    no idea why that’s happening, have you tried contacting support? They may be able to help you further

    Hey Forever Radical -

    Thanks for posting. Could you provide some additional information please? What happens when you try to use an app such as Netflix or Amazon Video? Are you trying to use them full-screen or snapped? Are you receiving any error codes when you attempt to use
    an app? An error code would resemble either XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.

    Additionally, have you tried
    Power Cycling     your Xbox One console? If the issues with the apps persists, please try the following for each of the apps:

    Keep us posted! Apps are not working :)
