unable to play Netflix or YouTube due to a license issue have tried system cache clear and now can not re down load my profile for the same reason license error code 8105000A was working perfectly fine with no issues yesterday night

Game issues and apps

ya im having huge problems with my system where it will not let me load anything up. Tried factory reset and went to download a game again and got into the game screen then it freezes. Then tried to get out of game and it goes to home screen then freezes
again on home screen. So followed all the steps to hard restart it and now it won't even turn back on and when I try to turn it back on itll light up then turn back off or either stay lit up... finally I just gave up and unplugged everything and gave it a
couple hours to cool off and restart it and it worked again but now it won't let me sign in to my account or open up any games what so ever... by far the worst system I ever had a chance to play and cost the most I ever spent.... please do something about
this or im gonna take it back and switch to ps4....

It goes to the xbox dashboard but it won't let play a game either one from a disc or saved on my console. It also won't play apps

It can be a problem of loading profile data. Try to delete your profile from the console and re-download it again. After, try to run the programs.

I am not in the insider program. I do mean full factory reset. So far this only happens in My Apps & Games. This all started when I bought a new Xbox One X around Christmas. Once the problem started I contacted support but got no solution. I was waiting
for an update to see if it would fix it, but the February update rolled out and the problem is still there.

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you
