    Apps and games Crashing to Dash Board


    Since the latest update Xbox box runs like old windows 98 SLOW sluggish, The sync save for games is so bad now games won't load to their menu because of it MS network is slow on uploads. causes locked ups and reporting is just as bad. And this is with 3
    different Xbox One units same households, Kinects power cycle and won't stay on, so why have Cortana? The Blu-ray Software fried all 3 Disc drives in which MS said SOL. I replaced them at my expense and turned the software off.

    MS network is bad not seeing an improvement for the more they demand from it.

    Oh an fyi I have a 65MBs down and 5.63MBs up.

    black ops 4

    black ops 4 for me for the last week has been crashing i click mp and crashes black screen back to dash board

    Games crashing too dashboard

    Hi my xbox one keeps crashing to dash board after about 1 hour, I tried deleting saves, clearing caches, reinstaling games and resetting to the factory settings. Nothing working for me.

    i have similar issues. my xboxlive performance is horrible. the home page xbox ads dont load, the store wont load, i cant edit my account info, throws me to black screen. when i go to download the free xbox 360 title this month, takes me to black screen.
    it started doing all this before i checked to see if there was an update. everything was working fine the friday before the update 03/31/2017.

    i dont know what else isnt working, dont have alot of extra time.

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. If you've already tried a full factory reset and your console still crashes whenever you try to launch any newly downloaded games. I would recommend looking in to

    Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced    . Let us know with a reply how it goes!

    Net code issues are still the same on all platforms. Dash boarding and crashes do not happen anymore or not much.

    There was no update and it goes for everything that is from the xbox dash board to any game or app and then back to the dashboard as well.
