Approaching Toxic People as an Ambassador

OK here is the situation:

-one of them I initially played a lot with because he mentioned he did not have anyone to play with, but the more I play with him the more his negative attitude seemed to bring down the morale of myself and everyone I play with, so I ended up deleting him
and we haven't talked since. Him and I have a lot of mutual friends on Xbox live, so I feel there is the probability he will come back by joining one of our mutual friends' parties that I am in and continue such behavior, but I don't believe his attitude violates
any of the codes of conduct. Did I do the right thing, and what should I do if he does return?

-second one, again i tried to be open to playing with others but it seems this second player (who has many mutual friends that i do play with) likes to join in our sessions uninvited and invite his crew (which so far is fair) but ends up trolling all of
us by constantly killing us so we can't do what we originally planned. First time i played with him when a friend and i were new to GTA V he mentioned he would help us but ended up killing us over and over. Second time, GTA V again, he started a heist, but
he ended up killing himself over and over so that we would have to start over from the last checkpoint. From chatting with his mutual friends he seems to cause drama between his group (heresay so I don't believe I can do anything myself besides suggesting
the mutual friends to report him).

I choose to no longer play with these people because of the toxicity they spread but I worry that they may report me for being an unwelcoming Ambassador or something and have that jepordize my ambassador status. I feel if I report them then they will get
at most a temporary ban because they I don't believe they are violating any code of conduct, most of our communication is through voice party chat so there is no physical proof of their behavior.

I just want them to know that their negative behavior would just add to any lost morale from failing a mission or lost time. I perfer to give warnings rather than going straight to reporting for unsporting behavior, especially if it can be used against my
ambassador status (ie. false reports). I understand that the mutual friends can also report those players for unsporting behavior as well, but i don't want them to get false reported as well.

Even with voice chat you can report it. The enforcement team have everything they need to investigate and do not need proof sent in.

If they post exact wording they'll usually list the rules that were broken straight from the code of conduct, but then list in quotation marks what was said. The list of rules would be straight from https://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/community-standards

I have had many personal run in with people like this who either are mutual friends or are friends of said mutual friends that I share with real friends. The simplest way to deal with it is by not dealing with it, in my opinion. Sure you can report and block
them if absolutely necessary... or you could try and reprimand them without overstepping your boundaries so as to divert yourself from being reported yourself, but often times I found much better piece of mind by being the bigger person and straight up ignoring
it. Unless it goes way too far, for what ever they did.

The way I see it, you shouldn't feed the internet trolls under the bridge. You know what I'm saying?

I think tolerance should be one of our virtues but there is no point in you continuing to deal with a person who does not want to do their part, sooner or later they will make you reflect

OK i will take this into consideration going forward, these instances occured months ago via voice chat so I have no physical proof of what was said and I wouldn't want to jeopardize the integrity of reporting.

What would constitute to exact wording vs just a list of the rules? I remember back when I had a PlayStation they would send a warning email with specifics on the action(s) that were unfavorable.

Talk to him and explain that his behaviour is interrupting your game sessiins. If he doesn't change his way just remove and block him again. Also a good idea is to always set your parties or game lobbies to invite only so he can't join uninvited.
