    each time I try to apply a review I keeps kicking me off edge or the site I’m on or it will just send me back to the home page I’ve tried on 6 different devices i need help getting rid of my ban

    Sorry to hear it. The PET do an investigation before applying an enforcement action on an account. The enforcement website that you went to is working fine though. It's just that you cannot apply for a case review for actions on an account that are only
    24 hours long. This is because it can take up to 48 hours for the PET to get back to you.

  3. Applying for review

    just over half an hour ago i received an email from xbox saying my account has been suspended due to harrasment and or threats so naturally like any person would i signed in so i could apply for a case review so it took me to the page where you have to click
    the link to see your enforcement history i get in and click apply for review how ever instead of applying it takes me right back to the first page so i did it all again and it does the exact same thing so i did it two more times same results. This is a three
    week suspension so i should be able to apply but it just wont let me and if i try to contact Xbox live support it gives me a link to my enforcement history which in turn starts the loop all over agian so now im sitting here not able to do anything not able
    to defend myself feeling like i have absolutely no say in what happens to my account so if anyone from Microsoft reads this i would love the help because currently i am getting no where with the measure put in place for reviewing suspensions

    Sign in, Click on the Hammer on the Left and Apply for a Review should be on the right.

    Be sure to review the Code of Conduct before applying
