"Apply for Review" not an option for Case Review

    "Apply for Review" not an option for Case Review


    Hi there,

    I feel I've been wrongly suspended without fair investigation (which I'm sure many people in the wrong say, but here's my post anyway...). When I go to the Enforcement History, there's no option to apply for review, despite the fact that my suspension is
    longer than 24 hours. Anyone know why this is? I mainly want to give the Xbox Enforcement folks some feedback, as I think they're process is pretty off base given the situation I was involved in. So if there's a way to provide that feedback outside the Case
    Review, I'm also happy to hear that.

    Can’t apply for case review

    I recently got suspended from speaking on Xbox at 3am somehow and the suspension last for a week so I have gone to the Xbox enforment page and when I click apply for review it takes me to the terms and conditions thing but when I accept it it takes me to
    the menu again so I am currently unable to submit a review

    Can someone please help me solve this

    Can't apply for case review

    Hey there -

    If you recently received an Xbox Live Enforcement action on your account regarding Game DVR content, you would have received an email on your Microsoft account attached to your Gamertag.

    We don't have any further information to share on their behalf. If you run into any other support related issues, feel free to post up a new thread.

    not all suspensions are case reviewable

    If it's a 28 hour no as it takes longer then 48hours

    Also suspensions due tonextensionsnduentonpsst violations aren't reviewable

  5. I am in the same position. I was communication banned two days ago. I do not have the option to case review and it does not give me a time rame for the ban. Also the enforcement page does not give me any means of contacting them.... So how does this get
    resolved?

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review.

    It should tell you the length of the suspension in the email you were sent or on the enforcement site.

    If not it may be an extension so you can try contacting support
    here
    & they may be able to tell you how long the suspension is for but can not do anything else.
