Apply for review link not working?

We received a Xbox live communication suspension that started Thursday the 23rd to January 6

you are able to click on the hammer to review the enforcement detail but when you go to click on apply for review The link is not activated for you to click on

I did the live chat with customer service, they said a case review would have to be submitted on the customer side, but how do you submit if the link is not active to click on?

I do not think that this is fair and I feel that they should have some way to resolve this

Unfortunately the XLPET do not monitor these forums any more. You can request a case review at enforcement.xbox.com/home

You should have received an email with regards to your suspension but for any further details you will need to contact the enforcement team.

The link should only be temporarily disabled, but I'm not sure exactly how long it takes for it to work again.

 

I just recently got suspended for reason I do not know. I go to apply for review in the enforcement history page and there's no such link.

It appears anyone can get suspended for nothing whenever. Need to fix it.
