Apply for Review link is disabled.

my child received an enforcement action. he was out of town at the time and no where near an xbox. the "Apply for Review" is disabled after Dad tried and didn't pass the Code of Conduct quiz. Now I can't appeal and we are Gold members. How can I get
some real help??? The chat forum can't help. I can't find out what the kid did....he was out of town at the time and no where near an xbox or computer.

Apply for review link not working?

I just recently got suspended for reason I do not know. I go to apply for review in the enforcement history page and there's no such link.

It appears anyone can get suspended for nothing whenever. Need to fix it.

We received a Xbox live communication suspension that started Thursday the 23rd to January 6

you are able to click on the hammer to review the enforcement detail but when you go to click on apply for review The link is not activated for you to click on

I did the live chat with customer service, they said a case review would have to be submitted on the customer side, but how do you submit if the link is not active to click on?

I do not think that this is fair and I feel that they should have some way to resolve this

 

Sorry, but submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Their investigations do take time, so the action actually could have taken place weeks or months before the enforcement team issued a suspension.

 

how can I submit a case for review if the link is disabled?

 

The link should only be temporarily disabled, but I'm not sure exactly how long it takes for it to work again.

 

Ya same here!!!! I cant apply for a case review it wont work. Nothing happens when I click it!

 

i am requesting a case review because i have been banned and i would like an explanation as to why? i was never given a warning or a reason and i can not submit a case review. after 10 plus years of loyal play without a scratch on my account i am now faced
with a scar on my record. the vulcan program will now see me as a threat and most likely flag me for future monitoring. thank you xbox enforcement for making it impossible to reach you but i hope you hear me and we can resolve this issue.

You should have received an email with regards to your suspension but for any further details you will need to contact the enforcement team.
