    so why cant i rate microsfts xbox app? i have it instaled and use it often it says it instaled on the very page to write a revew yet i cant becasue i donw have the product? how the

    Keep in mind that investigations take time. So the time and date listed on the enforcement site is only when the action was enforced, not the time and date that the action took place. It could be for something that took place weeks before.

    To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Keep in mind that investigations take time. So the time and date listed on the enforcement site is only when the action was enforced, not the time and date that the action took place. It could be for something that took place weeks before.

    Thank you for the clarification. However, I am unable to have my case reviewed through enforcement because the revision application runs loop.If I do something wrong and I can not have precision, I can reproduce it ... Thanks

    I have a few suspensions that happened in these previously months over the time this year at my new house and old house so can you help me out to fix this kind of situation

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case revew.

    Cant remove VISA a subscription that is automatically renewed is associated with it.

    am going to wait until i go silver and try to remove since my xbox live is a pre paid card and last year before it was going to revew it self my dad told me to turn auto rev off. My dad put a new card on but i have not brought anything with it yet but if
