    Applied Live 12 month code to wrong account , any way to have it moved to my current gamertag ?


    Just applied my yearly 12 month code to this gamertag instead of my new one i've been using the last 12 months, is there anyway to get it taken off this account and added to my other account ? or have i just lost £40 and still won't have live ?

    I just assigned a code for xbox live gold 12 months but for a wrong gamertag (an old of mine)...

    I would like to cancel and assign it to my current gamertag.

    Hope it can be solved.

    Contact support. They should be able to cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remaining time to use on the correct account.

    Hey Kas! You can't get a free month while already having 12 months on your account. You will have to wait until your current subscription ends, and then you can apply any current offers. Hope that helps! ;)

    You can not apply even after the 12 months they have changed it it now states. I have not had any Xbox LIVE Enforcement actions taken against me. This includes but is not limited to account and console suspensions and bans, Gamerscore reset, Gamertag forced
    name changes, etc. So if you have had any action you need not apply

    Hi there,

    Xbox Game Pass CANNOT be stacked like the Xbox Live Gold subscription can with pre-paid codes. Each account can only have one 12 month Game Pass subscription at a time.

    Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. However, pre-paid cards do not have expiration dates so you are able to apply the second 12 month code after the first 12 month cycle is over.
