Thanks for getting back to us. I would like to clarify a few things, do you have any problem trying to play games online? Have you tried anything on your end to troubleshoot these apps that aren't working? I would like to also ask for you to go test your
network connection and let us know the results.

On the Xbox One console follow these steps:

• Go toSettings
  
• Select Network > Network Settings
  

[*]Choose > Test Multiplayer Connection

Also, Once you do try the power cycle, and if the issue persist we do suggest to clear the alternate mac address.
To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

• Go toSettings
  
• Select Network > Network Settings
  
• Select the Advanced Settings
  
• Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
  
• Select clear and restart
