    Hi,

    Today, when I started my session on Xbox live the option "applications" was missing, and it is still missing. Can anyone help me solve this? I need to use YouTube and Netflix!!! Thanks!

    "Playback Options" missing

    I will give this a try tonight (can't access the store from work). This issue is on my Windows 8 laptop (not the Xbox). Does the "console cache" apply? If so, how do I clear the console cache?

    "Playback Options" missing

    Hey there Dominik! I understand your shuffle/repeat option isn't showing up reliably. Can you, if you haven't already, try deleting the app, clearing your console cache, and then reinstalling it?

    If you continue noticing this issue, can you provide us a screenshot please? Thanks!

    No, unfortunately not.

    Audio and everything works fine. It's just the option to control the volume on certain applications that is missing.

    It seems to be an old app Microsoft forgot to delete from your system. Beam is the previous name for a streaming service named Mixer. Mixer has been shut down and is no longer accessible at this time. I recommend you make a

    bug report     so that Microsoft can see this issue.

    Proxy Authentication in App Xbox

    When an application has the option to put login and password to work on a proxy that requires authentication all occurs normally. But if an application does not have this option usually the internet access error.

    Hello! Unfortunately, Microsoft discontinued its Groove music purchases in 2018. You can still play music purchased from before 2018, but you won't be able to purchase any more songs. Sorry!
