Application path not found

Windows 11 home, for some reason, I can access other downloaded games from Xbox Game pass. But when I picked Gearsofwar5 today I got this error from event viewer. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and this is persisting. Not sure if it has something to do with the antivirus I recently added. The app will load up with the screen and then when its done nothing happens.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.
