    Application hang


    A Game "Microsoft Jigsaw" during the change of advertising, freezes for a few seconds. As a result, it creates inconvenience when unfolding the puzzle. This is terribly
    annoying. For this reason, I can not play this game for more than half an hour. Three months ago there was no such problem.

    Hi

    By the sounds of it, hopefully it will be a temporary issue. It seems to freeze getting the ad, perhaps a connection issue. If the issue has happened before and was resolved, hopefully they will get it fixed again asap.

    Gears of War 4 MoAppHang

    When i try to Gears of War 4 game randomly freezes permanently and then the game crashes.

    Halo Infinite - Crashes on Launch

    Hello Kathy.

    I am having the same issues with Halo.

    I am now getting this other error:

    The program HaloInfinite.exe version 6.10024.11251.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.


    In the Security and Maintenance control panel, I see 2 critical events from Halo Infinite as of today.

    Explorer.exe 1002 (Application hang) on bootup

    About the RAM, I puled out the old one (kingston fury 1 x 16gb 2933) and put in the new ones (G.Skill trident Z 2 x 8GB 3200)

    I was going to reset my pc, but my whole family caught COVID, and we've been recovering from that before anything else. I feel good enough to reply, so I thought I would give you a heads up that it will take a little while.

    Thanks, Dakota please try removing temporarily the DS4 software in case it's the one causing the issue.

    If explorer.exe starts working as usual, before reinstalling DS4 software again try one of the two solutions above (if one doesn't work proceed with the other)
