Application GTAIV.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware

I want to play Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA IV) in my Asus laptop. GTA IV is a game developed by Rockstar Games. When I launch the game on my laptop, I can play for few seconds and then it crashes with the Notification "Application GTAIV.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" . I tried updating all kinds of drivers but it doesn't work at all. I hope to get the solution from Microsoft Community as soon as possible : ) .

I have only one Integrated GPU - Intel UHD Graphics 605

As asked above, what GPU do you have in your laptop? At a guess I'd say, for some reason, the system isn't letting you access the dedicated GPU when the game launches. Do you have the same issue with other games? I notice you have Valorant...does that run fine?

And even the fresh reinstallation of the windows, did not work?

i wouldn't even bother trying to run gta 5 on that integrated graphics, at very low you would get around 19fps which is really bad.

It's worse than that, the OP is trying to run GTA IV which was never optimisd correctly for PC and is still bad to this day on certain dedicated graphics cards. Probably doesn't even support an iGPU.

I would back this up. These types of problem usually occurs when you have two GPUs and a laptop, one is used for wordprocessing and web browsing, and the other is used for gaming. My guess would be that it is not properly detecting the secondary GPU, and the standard one does not have features that the game needs to run. Please check, assuming you have Nvidia, in the Nvidia control panel and make sure that it is set to use the dedicated graphics card
