    Application fails catastrophically when adds can't load


    Application loads fine when I'm playing my puzzles or doing jigsaw jam. FAILS!!!! when I try to do daily challenges.

    Troubleshooting steps I've taken:

    1) Reset the application data

    2) Uninstalled and reinstalled app

    3) Tried different computer (same FAILURE!!!)

    4) Tried different profile (same FAILURE!!!)

    Wasnt that the same insider who declared that the One UI would catastrophically fail when released as it wasn't finished and the Snap function was untested and would freeze consoles?

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble using the Xbox app. Thank you for the detailed troubleshooting steps. Let's try to get this working again together. As with anything, make sure your PC and drivers are up to date, and your time is synched correctly.

    Try reinstalling the Gaming services package.

    1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
    2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

      get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
    3. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

      start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
    4. Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
    5. Restart your device and try to install the game again.

    I have been failing the application I recommend you or what I do is open it, wait for it to not load and close it from the start menu, open the store and return to the rewards section and already load normal
