NEW Xbox One.

New Apple Airport Extreme.

Both Fully updated, newest firmware.

Will not allow Live, with full play.

Connects game tag online, but will not allow Live Play.

Will not connect to Multiplayer.

Added Toredo check box.

Added all possible Ports.

Have all Xbox settings on Auto.

Will not work.

Tested 3 cables, and ports, they all work for other devices, just not Xbox and Airport.

Connects, then disconnects.

No help from Xbox Live Support, or Apple Support.

Called both about 15x times.

PLEASE LIST ALL EXACT SETTING, BOTH XBOX, and APPLE AIRPORT SETTINGs.

To make this work.

Two biggest companeis on Earth, Apple and Microsoft, you would think there was a straight forward Xbox Thread. I have tried every single fix on here, alone and together, NONE WORK.

What a Joke.

Should be simple, detailed, with Screen Shots.

I have the same issue, already replaced the first unit in shop, and the second one have the same problem.

Have you fixed it? How?

HelloDe Cassius, do you already performed a console power cycle? you can also try with this method, this will fix most of
the times this kind of issues, here are the instructions in the following link:

Please go ahead and follow the steps on the following troubleshooting wizard:
"I need help with my Xbox One network connection" Make sure to try swapping the ethernet cable and switch ports used on your router.
