Apple headphone on xbox app windows 10 not working

    Apple headphone on xbox app windows 10 not working


    I use apple headphones to talk on discord and any other games but for some reason when i play sea of thieves my headphones do not work in the xbox party or in game. I've checked my privacy settings and even made sample rate 2 channel 16 bit 44100 hz and
    4800hz. How can i fix this issue?

    yea i have to use my headset which i dont like to use for long periods of gaming so id rather just use the headphones but i cant figure out why i cant use it. I dont have audio and my mic doesnt work

    Just to add, pretty much all 3.5mm headphones will work with the exception of Apple compatible/certified headphones/headsets as Apple created their own proprietary connection format rather than using the standard one.

    Yep, and they work there (but the other PCs were windows 10).

    This only seems to be happening on my Windows 7 PC with anything post-headphone jack.
