Its just says not connected to xbox live and i cant play amy online games

Cannot get a Teredo IP address

Try this:

The earlier service alert has cleared.
Power cycle the console using these steps:

Then sign back in and see if your able to use Xbox Live Gold features. You can check for any service alerts here:
