    Appearing offline while I'm online


    my account is saying I was last seen on 15 hours ago even though I'm currently online and I can't receive or see invites that I'm being sent. I have already tried switching my profile from appearing online to offline and back to appearing online and then
    resetting my console but it doesn't seem to work.. Xbox one

    New Xbox Experience - appear offline?

    Ok so I select appear offline which shows in the box and according to what you said I will appear offline but the box has now changed to appear online, but what you say next is that if what I see says appear online then I'm appearing online, so am I online or offline? lol damn it Microsoft.

    Hey there BadSniper13,

    Try removing your account from the Xbox One console and re-downloading it to see if that helps out. Also, are you using the latest dashboard update?

    hey did you ever get his figured out? I'm having th same issue. I've removed my account and re added it. Signed in/out. I've cleared my cache, cleared the alternate MAC address, reset my router. I cannot access privacy settings to check them because along
    with this issue im having a never ending load screen when I try to access my privacy settings. Sometimes hard resetting my console works but the issue will always come back. I haven't been able to access privacy settings or about 2 weeks now.

    Sounds like you have your settings correct. Other thing i would check is go to your gamer pic in upper left corner. Select your profile. There is 4 options on that pop up screen. The last one is if you appear online .. Offline... Or you are busy. Double
    check that and make sure its showing you online as well.
