    Appeals being unavailable is useless


    Some average buffoon joined my party and sexually harrassed me (im an adult female) in voice chat in front of a disabled friend and a minor and he reported my message telling him i was uncomfortable with what he did and i have recieved two strikes, unappealable of course, For messaging and gaming services that i shill out 20$ a month for, for being a victim of harrassment. They have no email or chat and the phone calls never come back its ridiculous at this point I may as well jump ship to playstation.

    Console bans are not appealable

    And once you appeal thats it nor will they go into details

    And s phone line will be useless as it would just be robocalled and you'd never got thru

    Support has no say on enforcement matters

    Xbox suspension, appealing unavailable

    The enforcement team does not use the forum. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a review is not available, all you can do is wait out the suspension.

    Yeah that's useless. I can't talk with anyone about it and I'm not trying to appeal the temporary ban that ended 2+ years ago.

    Bought 360 version but CAN'T get the XBOX ONE version????!!

    Still showing as unavailable for me. Was on the phone to Microsoft Support lat night to try to sort it. ****ing useless is too good a description for them. Sort it out for gods sake.

    More ads covering the dashboard, less free stuff, focus more on useless features like facebook to appeal to a casual audience and paying to play online
