    Appealing my ban


    So I tried appealing my ban and the ban was upheld and I've tried everything I could find,and this women on Xbox support told me that I could ask for help through the forums and wait for a certain type of person who I have forgotten,but aperently they
    could help me with my ban.

    Appeal Ban

    Who do I talk to about appealing a 1 week ban. Dont close my thread and not answer my question again Xbox forum police.

    Ban not appearing on account

    The issue is that the ban is not appearing on my account, so I have no way of appealing it or reporting it.

    Appealing my ban

    I'm sorry to say that no one on this forum can assist with suspensions. Only member of the enforcement team can do a case review and over turn or enforce bans. No one at Microsoft has the ability to do anything with suspensions either as they do not
    have access to enforcement information either. The only way to communicate with enforcement team is through the case review process as they have no way to email or phone the team. If the person told you that an Ambassadors can assist you this, they were
    mistaken as Ambassadors are not employee of Microsoft and just volunteers who assist other gamers with questions and technical issues.

    To go along with what Dadwhite said if you have already filed a case review that was your appeal and if it was upheld that means that
    there was 2 different enforcement team members that looked at your suspension and determined that it was a valid suspension. Unfortunately that is the final decision.

    there was 2 different enforcement team members that looked at your suspension and determined that it was a valid suspension. Unfortunately that is the final decision.

    Banned for someone bot following my account.

    i just said my appeal was denied as i didnt even know what i was banned for as i didnt receive an email regarding the ban which is why i had to use the bbb to get in contact and was then told what my ban was for after i had appealed and was denied. it is a joke. after being banned for someone bot following my account which is out of my control and theres nothing i can do once my appeal was denied because i didnt even know what i was banned for until now.

    Contact Enforcement team when 'Case Review' option is greyed out

    That suggests the ban is 24hours, so no appeal available as by the time the appeal is dealt with, the ban will be over.
