Appealing an account that was banned over 3 years ago?

How would I go about appealing an account that was banned 3 years ago?

Long story short I shared access to my account temporarily with someone who at the time was a close friend, I proceeded to use another account until his mother had enough money to buy him gold for his account. So my friend then gets gold and hands me my
account back which I proceeded to use, I noticed that the tenure on the profile and the gamerscore was higher than it used to be, however being naive and young I didn't think too much of it as I had little knowledge as to what a tenure was and when I quizzed
my friend about the gamerscore he was adamant that he had got the achievements legitimately, so I proceeded to use the account as normal until one or two weeks later I had a message pop up that informed me that I was banned until 31/12/9999. I was suprised
and infuriated to say the least.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that I appealed the ban at the time to no avail but I was just wondering if there was anyway possible that the ban could be reconsidered? I still see the account when I search for it on Xbox Live, it does have 0 gamerscore but the
tenure is back to what it was supposed to be legitimately as far i'm aware.

I've been playing Xbox Live on alternative accounts ever since and it seems a shame that I lost the very first account that I had due to negligence and naivety on my behalf, looking back I realise that I was stupid and foolish but obviously hindsight is
a wonderful thing. Anything I can do or is that account just going to rot until the end of time? The gamertag was very special to me.

I had xbox Live for about 3 1/2 years now, Over the years I made tons of xbox live accounts just to play on and my main one got banned. I delete a lot of the accounts years ago off my xbox I curently have 4 gold accounts me and my family have and some of
silver accounts. Will I get banned in anyway because of the accounts I made over the years? Iv'e never been console banned.

 

Account banned until 9999

I don't understand why my account, Corruptionis was permanently banned. Lost all my dlc that I bought over the 4 years I had my account. I don't use it that often but when I went to sign in it said I was banned for like 7000 years. Microsoft answer back.
Why am I banned?!

 

Current policy doesn't allow an appeal in your situation.

The policy put in place last year allows 12 months to appeal and only on the Enforcement page. Since the Enforcement page itself won't recognize the ban as being able to be appealed you are out of luck.

I would just move on.

That's kind of bummed me out a little bit, wasn't aware of the appeal process until just now.

 

Since it was a permanent ban there may not have even been a opportunity to appeal the ban. No all bans are eligible for case review. Also with it is a permanent then it will not be reversed. You will just have to go with another account. There is nothing
really that can/will be done in this situation.

 

That's quite a shame.

The gamertag is quite sentimental to me.
