    Appealing a Childish Suspension


    I would like to appeal a suspension. This is my first ever incident where I have been suspended, and the reason is very childish. I said a joke and not even a bad one and I got reported and now I'm suspended. My record is very clean and for this I'm asking
    for a pardon to lift my suspension due to the fact that I use Xbox and Microsoft services every day and have since I can remember and my record is still clean besides this. Please can someone on the Xbox team take this into account because I want to get back
    to playing with my friends. Thanks.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    The majority of console bans are permanent & can't be appealed.

    If it's a console suspension then you'll have to wait until the suspension is over.Console suspensions can not be appealed either.

    As the appeal process can take longer than 24 hours it is not worth appealing a one day suspension as it is lifter before the appeal process would finish. Its not the fact there is no appeal process for a 24 hour suspension It is more efficient not to

    The only place you can appeal a suspension is the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    If it is appealable, then the suspension listed there will have an appeal button next to it

    The Enforcement website has been a bit glitchy recently so the suspension may not be listed at all
