Appeal to reason

Hi,

I am here today because of an enforcement problem, that had been driving me crazy. I'm on the Xbox Live for about 5 years or a little more and this is the first time I get reported. I'm here cause I think the enforcement rules are too much. It's so easy
to ban someone. It's too easy. I was playing the game, normally like I do every day since a month or so, then I receive a message from the guy I was in coop with. " Could you not steal kills " . Then I'm like hey, what the ****, if your not able to kill your
oppenner , I won't wait hours for you. Then he leaved the game and started to send me messages back again. Spamming " no honor ". I didn't wanted theses messages , I was just playing the game. I got bored , said are you 15? Then said **** and he reported me
for that. Hey tell me the point. How "****" is that offensive to get a 24h ban. I could spam someone till he get mad and ban him too. It's like looking for trouble in my opinion. Like making a person you don't like cross the line then report them. I've received
many messages way worse then just ****, and I've never been the judge to kick them out of theirs Xbox Live for 24hours. It doesn't worth it. I find this very frustrating , I'm reminding you that I've been on this service for years and never had a complain,
now bam, one complain and I'm ban for 24h on communications? It's not even for the time that's pissing me off, it's just the principles. I'm not a bad guy who's harrassing people and throwing insults everywhere and everytime I cross someone on the live. This
was really not deserved in my point and I'm really disappointed from the team. Also, when he said reported, it didn't took 1 min I was already bloqued on communications. How easy and fast is it to make someone muted for a day and be sure to **** them off right
cause you didn't liked that they killed "your guy" ( evening in fact you get more points by saving your partner and killing that said guy )
