    I’ve just been comms banned for a week after an outburst admittedly due to FIFA 22 however it’s my first ever discrepancy in 10 years! And the same person who reported me was even messaging after I got banned and he’s still sweet to go and do as he pleases. Will my ban be reviewed or will it just say that until my suspension is over? Because I’ve been told that it’s just gonna say that until it’s over.

    A case review is so you can have the enforcement team review the suspension to make sure they didn't make a mistake so they can remove the suspension if they did. So no, it won't stay there until the suspension ends, but it can still take a couple of days to receive a response.

    Sorry, I'm going through something similar, but mine is a little more serious, since at the time of entering my profile, I get the legend that I was permanently suspended, but at the time of reviewing enforcement, it comes out that I have a suspension of 7 days, do you think the error continues? Not to mention that I could not access my account, I received another email yesterday, where I have another suspension of communication when I have not used the consolé. Thanks

    If it was an recent suspension then no it was probably the enforcement.xbox.com website bug that happened for a week or so last week and only recently got fixed

    If you performed the case review appeal already but your appeal was unsuccessful then there won't be any other way of having your account unbanned, The case review appeals process is your only choice for having your ban reviewed.
