Appeal Refund

all in game purchases go directly to the respective game owner/dev. in game credits when bought are automatically added to the account for that specific game, Microsoft cannot refund this as they have no access to those game servers to pull the point/credits
away. That is why it states in the terms that in game purchases are non refundable.

Contact the game publisher/Developer and see if they can give you a refund.

Thank you for the thought but no, Frontier say that all they can do is remove the ARX from my account. They can’t refund me as i never gave them any money direct. It’s a racket and Microsoft literally don’t care.

To make sure it doesn't happen again, you might want to put a password so no one can buy things without the password.

Could you screen shot the evidence that the credits are still there? Maybe sending them that would help. Just keep trying

Id try calling support and explaining this to them they are usually very understanding, if its not in the usual refund criteria then subbiting online probs will just keep getting rejected.

The don't take calls unfortunately on refunds so they tell you to go online which I have and still get the generic reply about we refunded you one transaction so cant do the rest.

Awful customer service. There needs to be a way of speaking or emailing their department in a way where you are teated better?
