Appeal approved but still not working

I understand that your son's Xbox account has been permanently blocked and after a successful appeal, he is still unable to access his account. I understand how you are feeling.



You can check the case review status from your son's execution history. The case review status may show one of the following:



1. Under Review: we are still investigating your case review inquiry.



2. Information Needed: We need more information from you. Check the agent's latest comments, provide the additional information requested, and then submit to continue the investigation!



3. Decision: We have completed our investigation of your case review inquiry. You can find answers to your questions and any other decision-making information in the agent's comments. You will get this status as soon as the case review is complete.



4. Summary: We have closed the case review and provided you with a summary of the results. This status will remain in your Enforcement History for you to review at any time.



When reviewing your Appeal Decision and Summary, you will find Xbox's notes about your case, which contain more detailed information about whether the appeal was granted or denied.



If your appeal is approved, your Dispositional Violation Action will be reversed and all associated restricted functionality will be restored to your account. When a Dispositional Violation Action is reversed, the system removes all related alerts applicable to your account.



If your complaint is dismissed, the enforcement action and alerts will remain on your account. You can review the duration and impact of this case at any time from the Enforcement page.



Additionally Forum Support cannot assist in suspending or taking enforcement action. We do not have access to enforcement details or your account information.

Thank you for your response. Yes the appeal was been approved but he still comes up as banned when he tries to access his xbox account. This is what we see.

When you say it was approved, was it your request for an appeal? Does the enforcement website still state that the suspension is active?

And on your Xbox, you can't communicate with other players by message/voice or post something on LFG?

Yes all the time. It ads points to my opponent/computer, I appeal, it approves my appeal 'it was in!' , subtracts points from opponent but never ads points to my score

It stated I was approved 23 July and it was my request for an appeal. The website still states I have the suspension. Correct I can not communicate in any means. I would like to say thank you for helping me with this.
