Apparently the "Ratings and reviews" page is gone? A lot of games are affected by this!

I went on the Microsoft Store to review Sonic the Fighters on my Series X, but as it turns out the "Ratings and reviews" section is completely disabled and missing from the Microsoft Store. I was confused and annoyed because I really enjoyed it and I wanted to show my support. Then, I found out that the "Ratings and reviews" page on some owned games and some games on Game Pass were completely disabled as well, both on back compat titles as well as a good majority of Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S games. I will provide a list below of games that are affected by this as well as games that aren't. I have to either own them or would have had to acquire them through Game Pass in order for them to count on this list.

That is a total of 98 games in my game library that I CANNOT write reviews on. What the heck?! Why can't I write reviews on a good portion of my over 200+ game library? I can't even see what other people have to say about the game, let alone look at my own reviews that I have written in the past! This is incredibly annoying and could become a nightmare for game developers who rely on feedback from their players to help ensure the game is at the highest possible quality. I only recently found this out after I discovered I could not write reviews on Sonic the Fighters. Games I have wrote reviews on now no longer show my reviews in the Microsoft Store, let alone other people's reviews. Why the heck can't I write reviews on a good portion of games in my library, let alone view my past ones I have written reviews on? So annoying.
