Apparntly we have to claim Arbitration as Microsoft are impervious to lawsuits. Well we will be doing so and all we can to rectify this terribly unjust system.

The European Court Of Justice decided: software can be resold!

actually MS isn't selling a product, but a license to a product, which is how they get around this, and other laws. I imagine lawsuits will come (ToS or not) but for now nothing will happen. i just hope publishers are brought in on the lawsuit as well as
MS.

Charged By Xbox live twice, but "Xbox gold membership expired"?!

Apparently, there is a class action law suit for this exact thing, because its happened to allot of people..

I'm afraid the problem is at your end my friend. The enforcement system works if you're getting banned for violating the terms of use and code of conduct.

If you were to actually read the Terms of Use when you signed up for MS service you would read in there.

See section 20 at this website that talks about arbitration.

One abuse as mentioned

2 a lot of users dont protect their accounts and freely share their account details for "FREE" games

I know the feeling by oatesy. Its part MS fault this is happening and part isp for not reporting them to the fbi or the correct goverment agency. You cannot get someones ip address from a BO 2 game mode even if its league play, unless they are hacking which
that is against their tos agreement. I belive MS TOS is to protect their butts from a lawsuit. Plain and simple. I bet if votedc and the others got DDOS their would be mad as all.
