    Apparent 3 day suspension but when I try to sign into my Xbox it says permanent ban


    Went to sign in last night and was apparently suspended. My Xbox says I’m permanently banned but Xbox enforcement says a 3 day suspension.

    I’m not even quite sure why this happened. Said it was an Inappropriate feed item, probably something dumb from forever ago. I’ve had Xbox live for 10+ years and never had anything like this happen.

    I appealed and it was denied, but Xbox said I would still be able to access online multiplayer I just wouldn’t be able to access any communications until the 3 day suspension is lifted.

    Can’t sign in to chat anymore with Xbox it just keeps refreshing the page whenever I attempt to contact them again.

    I see this is happening to quite a few people.

    If you ask me it’s kinda crazy, pretty sure I just made someone salty online and they went through my feed and reported something. Now I have to pay for it

    Anyone else dealing with anything like this?

    Same here I can’t even log on the Xbox this crazy yooo everyone is having the same problem. Hopefully we all ain’t permanent banned bc that’s a lot time and effort we all put it

    and there isn't anything we can do. I ahve the same issue as you. But i believe i got perm banned for using the N word in my message. Im a black man from an urban community. I was arguing with another person using the word. In my message Im telling him Im not talking him.I've had my account since the 10th grade, Im 27 now, I dont think I'll buy anymore xbox stuff if this ban sticks.

    I just got the same thing just now. That's why I searched this.

    Xbox says permanent, while the enforcement page says 3 days.

    I just want to know which one it is. Has live enforcement website just not updated, and the Xbox is right?

    im 23 have played xbox since i was 18 if this ban sticks they can walk to hell and i will switch to Sony

    Im having the same issue on my xbox it says my account is permanently banned but i dont have anything in my enforcement history so i cant even appeal it or even what it was for.
