App Store can't see I'm logged in

    App Store can't see I'm logged in


    I just want to download apps (CBS All Access, Amazon Video, not premium stuff). I am logged on to my free Live account. It tells me I need to sign in or create new account. Clicking
    sign in takes me back to my profile where I can only sign out. (Have tried signing out and back in again, no joy) I have space (over 9gb) and have cleared the cache. I can successfully do the Network test and Connect to XBox Live through
    the system menu. Tried rebooting and waiting a day. Any ideas? Thanks.

    When i sign in on my xbox live account.My app store gone and i cant download youtube and that staff

    Same problem here. I can see app store till I am not logged with my live account and then everything disappears.

    problem for free apps... Anyone seen this before?

    Problem with log in to account on xbox app.

    I don't see any error codes.. but it does say your subscription runs out soon are you currently logged into an account?
    I'm logged in to microsoft store but i can't log in to xbox app as you can see on screen. My xbox live subscription will end tommorow, but It doesn't matter because i have this problem for 2 days.

    I'm not really sure how to answer that. I am logged into the Microsoft Store with my Microsoft account. I am logged into the Solitaire app with my Xbox account. I think they are the same, but I can't swear to it.

    I'm having a ton of issues with login too. What's frustrating is that I'm logged into the Xbox PC app and the MS Store app on the proper account I want to use, and yet it still tries to log me in AGAIN when I start a game and it's failing that second time!

    So now I can't play games even though I'm already logged in because it can't tell the games I'm playing that I'm already logged in?

    Way too many steps with things that can go wrong, and judging by the state of these boards there are a lot of things going wrong. Frustrating.

    Is the account you used to subscribe logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10?

    Open the app and go to the top right corner to login with the account you subscribed to. Then log out and log into the Xbox app and see if it resolves the issue.
