App Status Error on Website

it may be an xbox live error, check the status of the service on the official website

Thanks for the replies, and yes I tried on both the console and the website, but with no luck.

I did find that article on the pre-paid errors but it worked for me just a couple of weeks ago, so when I check the status on their website I found it weird that it didn't work even when all seemed fine according to the status page.

But what did help was redeeming through the Xbox app.

• Is your PC connected to your network ?
• Do you receive an error message when you try to log in the Xbox App?

I myself would trust what the website says.

In regards to the app, you could try signing out, restarting PC and signing back into the app again.

To see if the subscription status refreshes.
