App shuts down when downloading new puzzels

Discus and support App shuts down when downloading new puzzels in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hey there, i purchesed some puzzels and when i try to download it, the whole app shuts down.     App shuts down when downloading new puzzels


    Hey there,

    i purchesed some puzzels and when i try to download it, the whole app shuts down. Tried it with diffrent sets, still doesn't work.

    Cannot uninstall iHeartRadio

    Not only cannot I not uninstall this app but somehow my XBox button is now set to open this app when held down instead of giving me shut down options. I know how to uninstall apps and restarts or shut downs do not help.

    Cab't download puzzels

    After the upload 1709 I lost all the puzzels I downloaded, and can't download new ones

    I have unistalled / installed / reset - everything I can think of. I installed Solitaire Collection and they connect to serve and work fine. I then launched Jigsaw from Collection, and the same problem exists, The app will freeze when it syncs to the server.
    I cannot get Jigsaw to work with the network connected. I'm out of puzzels and need to connect so I can download new ones.

    I was downloading Gears 5 from the xbox app Beta, the download were on 74% and I shut down the PC, when I tried to continue the download the button only says play, I can't resume the download, only play the game
