    Hi - having problems with a couple of apps, specifically YouTube and Netflix. As soon as I get onto the first screen (login in the case of Netflix, search in YouTube), everything freezes. Can't navigate, can't type.

    Any thoughts?

    Why is it whenever I use Twitch and then come back later to use it again I get that something went wrong BS and I have to unplug my Xbox and restart it for Twitch to work again. Btw this happens EVERY FREAKING TIME!!!

    Well explaining exactly what's happening to you when you try to save/share your videos & pic's would probably get you faster help

    Since I don't know anything more then what you posted I would suggest doing a hard reset of your Xbox One & see if that fixes the problems your having.

    teams are currently working diligently to investigate and implement a resolution for this. We do not have a date or time when this will be resolved but are sure that this will be resolved soon.
